If we cancel your session for any reason, you will receive a 100% full refund within 5–7 business days, or you may choose to reschedule at no extra cost.
Contact us via WhatsApp (+91 73046 98108) or email (info@feelinggood.co.in) with your booking reference number. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no additional charge, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 24 hours is treated as a cancellation per the policy above.
If your payment was deducted but the booking was not confirmed due to a technical error, please contact us immediately with your transaction ID. Refunds for such cases are processed within 3–5 business days.
